Too much problem solving can be bad

When you find that your day to day activities are actually doing what the busines does, you've probably stepped over the line from helping the business to doing the business. If your goal is to do the day to day business activities, then congratulations you are now in the business role. A BA should not be doing the business role, but rather helping the business communicate their needs to solution providers.
